Maikel N. Eskander is the founder of Capital Partners Law, where he advises business owners, investors, and entrepreneurs across South Florida on the decisions that shape how their companies form, grow, and protect what they have built.

Mr. Eskander's practice spans business law, real estate, contracts, commercial litigation, and intellectual property. He represents clients at every stage — from first-time founders structuring a new venture to established companies negotiating significant transactions or defending their interests in a dispute. What they value is not only his command of the law, but his ability to bring clarity to it: to identify what truly matters, weigh the risks honestly, and recommend a clear path forward.

He built Capital Partners Law on a straightforward belief — that high-caliber legal work should come with responsiveness and plain-spoken advice, so a client always understands where they stand and what comes next. It is an approach that has earned lasting relationships with the companies he represents.

Mr. Eskander earned his law degree from the Florida State University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
