Meet the founder
Maikel N. Eskander founded Capital Partners Law in 2020 with a simple goal: make excellent business and real estate counsel more accessible, more responsive, and more in tune with how modern companies actually work.
A serial entrepreneur and owner of multiple businesses, Maikel brings a rare perspective to the practice of law — he has sat on the client’s side of the table. A graduate of the University of Florida (Business and Liberal Arts) and the Florida State University College of Law, he began learning how decisions really get made while still in law school, working alongside legislators, policymakers, and lobbyists in the state capital. Before launching Capital Partners Law, he was a founding partner of Eskander Loshak LLP.
Today he advises clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies on business law, real estate, contracts, litigation, and intellectual property.
